             BLANK WALL

                    BLANK WALL,
                       SO TALL.
                       I LET GO
                       AND FALL
              FROM THIS SPACE,
              FILLED BY GRACE.
                     GONE SOON,
               WITHOUT A TRACE
             OF CHALK ON WALL,
             WHERE I’VE TRACED
                MOON BY MOON
MY SPIRIT’S MOAN AND SWOON
   WHERE SEPTEMBER TO JUNE,
       BIRTHDAY TO BIRTHDAY,
                  EVEN AS I GO,
                 I HAVE FOUND
       I AM HOME ONCE AGAIN.
