Afterword

A poem records an argosy, reaps paradisal harvest evoking the primordial atmosphere
of myth. It transposes animal perception into the realm of Soul with a nonchalance
the meticulous alone may wield. On Truth's watch, a poet risks his head
to plunder the Witch’s world, holding his breath to fetch the pearls of Weird,
and tricks the Hallows into gifting him with apples of gold.
